does type c to type c cable can charge the Nexus 6P ?

i saw a lot of people discuss about this question on amazon when buying the type c to type c cable. some people said this c2c cable can charging this phone, some people said no,
but the phone has the type c connector, why some people say cannot charge? the cable come from same seller.
Type C to Type C 3.1, i think this cable transfer speed up to 5Gbps IS QUITE enough for our daily use.
can anyone give me more advice or tell me more about this cable?
